The Delaware Tech Southeast building renovation project will bring to life the College’s vision of establishing an innovative, state-of-the-art Allied Health Center of Excellence (AHCOE) to cater to its health programs. This transformation will house various allied health disciplines such as surgical technology, paramedicine, medical assisting, and others, encompassing over 70,000 SF of renovated spaces including classrooms, science and simulation labs, student lounges, and the main conference center.

With a dedicated medical equipment budget of 1.8 million dollars and the coordination of over 500 pieces of equipment, our focus includes meticulous planning and procurement of medical equipment, alongside IT/AV upgrades, and updated furniture and finishes throughout, aimed at enriching the educational experience in Health Sciences.
