The New Castle County Public Safety Building is a 128,000 square foot facility that combines the Police, Emergency Medical Services, 911 Communications, and Emergency Operations Center to meet County needs through the year 2020. This project is utilizing sustainable design and construction practices and technologies; upon completion, this building will apply for silver certification under the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design® (LEED) program. Rehoboth Beach, Delaware
A multi-phased planning and design project that will provide a master plan strategy for the expansion of municipal administrative, police, 911, and Commissioner's space. The plan also addresses upgrades and renovations to the existing civic center and provisions for structured parking.

Dover, Delaware
Situated on
legislative mall adjacent to the Delaware State Capital Building,
the 1932 Georgian revival building renovation has been designed
to improve building efficiency. Light wall cut-outs at windows allow
uninterrupted daylight into offices. Plans also call for new mechanical,
plumbing, and electrical systems as well as elevators, stairs, and
rest rooms.

ft renovation created modern research laboratory suites within an
operating medical center. Renovations included redesign of the exhaust
system and routing for the entire building. |

This 38,000
sq ft center is situated on a two-acre sloping site, housing vocational
training facilities for culinary arts, business, computer, and medical
and residential maintenance/repairs. A full commercial kitchen,
culinary arts classroom, and full-service cafeteria are provided.
Building design includes high bay space and service delivery in
the maintenance training wing. |

Wilmington, Delaware
A 100,000 square foot warehouse designed to store bulk cargo at the Port of Wilmington. The building is unique in providing a rail siding inside the building for protected loading of cargo. A USDA inspection station is located in the building. |

Delaware
Formerly a 1940s
ward building on the Delaware Health and Social Services campus,
the structure was renovated and expanded to 30,000 square feet.
The addition includes a new entry, lobby, elevator, and rest rooms.
The entire facility has been equipped with new mechanical and electrical
systems, and the interior fit out for 180 employees. |

The Delaware
Technology Park is a joint venture economic development project
between the State of Delaware and the University of Delaware. This
40,000 sq ft office-research facility was constructed as the first
phase of the technology park. The building provides research and
development space for the University's Institute of Composite
Engineering and has been reconfigured on several occasions to accommodate
the infrastructure needs of varying tenants. |

This 14,000
sq ft multi-use building is located adjacent to a neighborhood park,
providing recreation, concert, assembly, classroom, and pantry space
for community use. It also accommodates permanent police academy
facilities, including physical training, classroom and assembly,
and administrative space. |

Completed in March of 2000, this 100,000 square foot warehouse was
designed to store bulk cargo at the Port of Wilmington.
