This 425-vehicle structure was designed to complement neighboring historical buildings by Victorian architect Frank Furness.  The two level tiered deck maintains a low profile to avoid blocking views of the riverfront from the adjacent Amtrak platform.

This design/build project created a well functioning, attractive, durable and cost effective facility that solved the hospital’s parking challenges. The deck accommodates 450 cars and integrates pedestrian and vehicular access to the hospital campus and Main Street.
